Back in the saddle after some urging. Not quite out of practice in mixing but out of practice in posting. I couldn’t believe I had not made this cocktail yet. Well balanced and silky, gorgeous color.
- 1 1/2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Campari
- 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Egg White
Dry shake then shake over ice
