I love ginger, but for some reason have always put off making ginger syrup. I’ve had this cocktail flagged in the Death and Co book since day one. Happy to finally have all the ingredients. Not a bad way to kick off the summer.

• 2 oz Black Seal Rum
• 1 oz Pineapple Juice
• 3/4 oz Lime Juice
• 1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
• 1 Dash of Bitters
