Went looking for a recipe with Ginger Syrup and stumbled across this one that I happened to have all the juices and syrups on hand. It called for Rhum and Rum but I used just Rum. The ginger and pineapple comes through and there is enough sweetness that the spice of the ginger doesn’t overwhelm the drink.</p>
